The challenge
A need for seamless collaboration
Adwise is a full-service digital agency, one of the largest in the Netherlands. They have two locations, in Almelo and Utrecht, and work with clients all across the country. Their mission is to be the digital brain for their clients, implementing creative marketing solutions.
Before implementing Google Workspace, Adwise struggled with online collaboration. Searching for files was not as efficient as they would like it to be. They needed an online platform that could meet their requirements for easy file sharing and seamless collaboration — something that would fit their identity as young, creative digital brains.
The approach
A people-first migration
Together with Adwise, we implemented Google Workspace and migrated their old environment. Special attention was paid to change management, to make sure everybody was on board. Google Workspace was rolled out in steps, and eventually Adwise adopted Google Meet for meetings as well.
We also implemented the Workspace management tool Florbs, to provide extra admin options and automate recurring tasks.
The impact
Freedom and security
Google Drive gives them a much better way of finding files, and sharing became genuinely easy. Working from home is a seamless experience for everyone now, including secure access to the files they need.
During the COVID crisis that proved immediately valuable for Adwise, and it has remained the basis of hybrid working there since — up to and including working from abroad.
Our vision is that you can work wherever and whenever you want. It is even possible to work abroad. All you need is a laptop and an internet connection, and you are good to go thanks to Google Workspace. We like that NextNovate shares the Google roadmap with us, proactively telling us about new features or ways to improve our setup. Security is always top of mind at NextNovate.
