NextNovate does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

In the delivery of its products, services, and activities, NextNovate uses the services or products of other parties that carry out implementation on its behalf and under its supervision. NextNovate only shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement (for example because you purchase a product or service from that third party) and to comply with any legal obligation.

We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. However, NextNovate has no influence (anymore) on this and the processing of the personal data that you then provide to that other party takes place outside our sight and responsibility. We recommend that you look carefully at the privacy statement of those parties for more information about the processing of personal data by such parties.

If you click on a (hyper) link on our NextNovate website that links to the website of a third party, you will leave the NextNovate website. NextNovate does not guarantee the safety of such third-party websites in any way; NextNovate has no influence on this.
