Design & Evaluate
Does your digital work environment match your actual way of working? Based on research and experience, we’ll co-design the best fitting experience for your organization. As a part of that process, it starts with understanding your current communication flows, processes, organizational culture and connections between people.
Technology Is About People
Running a successful business is all about how employees do their job, not about the number of hours they put in. This is about a combination of technology, devices, people and processes – your digital workplace
Where Are You In Your Journey?
In order to design a digital work experience that works the way you do, we would like to start by looking at the people in your organization – before focusing on technology. The extensive organizational analysis will provide us with the insight required to help you design the best fitting work experience required to boost your business.
'Only when we really feel we understand the current situation, we can start to work on improvements'
Bart Zuidgeest (CEO @NextNovate)
At NextNovate we co-design digital work environments that work the way you do. We help build experiences that allow employees to connect, communicate and collaborate effectively – while taking risk, governance and compliance very seriously.
We see it as our mission to boost your (digital) business, by helping you improve on your digital dexterity, employee engagement, and innovation capabilities. Following an extensive organizational analysis – including a good understanding of your strategic vision, we can help you determine which technologies would be a good fit.
We believe in creating a solid base (architecture) – based on proven tools that are already out there. Technology providers such as Google and Facebook provide fantastic ingredients to build on top of, for example. If the selected products meet requirements and standards, there should be no need to build something new. Based on your future way of working, we can help you integrate, extend or – if there’s no other way – build something to create that perfect, smooth (remote) work experience.
